Cohesive Constructions is a residential passive-house accredited Builder servicing the NSW Illawarra, South Coast and Southern Highlands regions.
We're passionate about building beautiful homes with high-quality finishes. We partner with a select group of trades for every project who align with our high standards in values, communication and finishes.
As a passive-house certified builder, we believe in a smarter way of building. From 01 October, the NSW building regulations are changing, requiring new homes to meet energy-efficient targets through appropriate ventilation, insulation and glazing. Our Passive House accreditation and experience gives us an edge in designing and building high-performance homes, delivering our clients a cleaner, healthier and more energy efficient home.

Effective communication throughout the build is essential. Our processes include various initiatives which ensure timeline, variation and trade coordination expectations are met. This delivers a positive experience for the client, builder and our trades.

Quality workmanship
High quality finishes are at the helm of Cohesive Constructions. We place significant priority on completing our projects to the highest standard, as we would our own home. This extends to our partnering trades and sub-contractors who understand the Cohesive Construction standard.

Transparency
Construction projects can be unpredictable and delays are not uncommon. While we do our best to reduce variables, challenges such as the weather are out of our control, and can impact timelines and costs. We believe complete transparency between the builder and client is vital in delivering a successful project.
